Happy Valentine’s Day!! We can’t do a big fancy dinner or anything this year, but we can do what matters most to us – spend precious time together :) We set up a cute little Valentine’s Day set in our home studio yesterday, and I baked a batch of red velvet cupcakes especially for this session with my favorite model, Benji. I also tricked my little chihuahua into licking a See’s sour heart so I could snap a few shots of her, too.

On a very chilly December day, we photographed the Bradshaw family at the West Street Market in Downtown Reno, NV. This family has a wonderful style…check out how well their outfits coordinate! Their girls are absolutely darling, and I’m so happy they were able to brave the cold and give me some good smiles! And I swear I have never seen kids behave so well for photos, even the baby :) This family is so beautiful, inside and out. My heart felt full and happy after chatting with Lori and Derric about the adoptions of each one of their precious little girls. Their girls will grow up knowing they are absolutely loved beyond measure. Look at their sassy little poses…aren’t they the cutest? And I want to thank The Decorated Bride for their incredible hair and makeup artistry services. We always love when our clients opt for getting their hair and makeup done…it really brings out the most beautiful, confident side of everyone, and The Decorated Bride always does amazing work!

This couple met us up at Galena Creek park on a chilly day in November to get portraits with their adorable pup, Maxwell. We had so much fun with these two and they look so perfect together in this beautiful setting, don’t they?? And Brandon even sacrificed his weekly ritual watching Football to come hang out with us and take pictures. Guys everywhere know how hard that is!
